Breken Municipal Services is an online case management system that allows municipal departments to log, track and respond to incoming inquiries and complaints.  We provide real time task and work order dispatch services, notifications via text and email, online reporting and much more.

Permits/Licences can be created or can be chosen from a library of existing forms that allow permits/licences etc. to be filled in from a client website that initiates an approval process from within the Breken Municipal Services software. All forms, approvals and emails within the approval process is stored.

Workflows can automate the allocation of public inquiries to the appropriate department, provide automated responses, process online payments, notify supervisors or overdue tasks, etc. We provide integrated workflows that automate the processing of many tasks (permit approvals, dog tags, preparation of court documents, etc.)

Online reports - from simple lists to sophisticated statistical and trend analysis, our reports provide real time information to make your organization more efficient.  Any information that is entered into the system can be used to generate reports.

Security of data is paramount.  We have a robust rolls based login and security protocol.  Our servers are located in Canada and we use industry standard firewalls, databases and encryption.  All this ensures the highest level of protection for all information entered into the system.

Breken Municipal Services can be customized for each department.  

 

​The user dashboard shows an overview of all tasks and assignments with priority or overdue items highlighted.  Depending on the roles that each user is assigned, the dashboard can also show, for example, summaries of overdue items from across the department or other relevant information.
